<br />East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E' /2NE' /4) of Section Ten (10),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, together with that portion of vacated Jerry Street
<br />abutting on the North of said Lots by Ordinance #8258 recorded
<br />December 20, 1996, as Instrument #96- 109882, records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />CENTRAL NEBRASKA HUMANE SOCIETY, INCORPORATED, a Nebraska Non - Profit
<br />Corporation, to BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law and member of the Nebraska State
<br />Bar Association, Trustee, for the benefit of DEBORA S. CARPENTER and JILL I. HORNADY,
<br />as tenants in common, the Beneficiary named therein, dated March 8, 2016, and recorded March
<br />9, 2016, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />201601419, has been paid, and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
