<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE- CORPORATION
<br />Whereas, the undersigned, Fullerton National Bank, whose address is Fullerton,
<br />Nebraska, is Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated July 27, 2012 and executed by
<br />Wetzel Brothers Investments, Inc., The Boat House, as trustor(s), in which the Fullerton
<br />National Bank, a National Banking Corporation organized underthe United States Code, of
<br />Fullerton, Nebraska is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned is named as Trustee,
<br />said Trust Deed being recorded as Instrument Number 201206652 , in the office of the of
<br />HALL County Register of Deeds, Hall County Nebraska and whereas the
<br />undersigned has received from the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust
<br />Deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee,
<br />for cancellation.
<br />Now, therefore, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />Trustor(s), all of the estate and interest derived to the undersigned underthe Deed of Trust
<br />in the following described real estate to -wit:

<br />QUARTER (Ni /2NW 1 /4SW 1/4); THENCE RUNNING SOUTHERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE
<br />NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (N1/2NW1/4SW1/4) A DISTANCE OF 197.59 FEET TO THE
<br />SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SAID NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER
<br />(N1 /2NW 1 /4SW 1/4); THENCE RUNNING EASTERLY ALONG AND UPON THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SAID NORTH HALF

<br />THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND CONTAINING 6.00 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, EXCEPTING THEREFROM A STRIP OF
<br />LAND CONDEMNED BY THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA AND RECORDED IN MISCELLANEOUS RECORD
<br />BOOK "S ", AT PAGE 166 IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE
<br />In witness whereof, Points West Community Bank, formerly known as Fullerton
<br />National Bank, Trustee, has caused the Deed of Reconveyance to be executed on
