Rathje and Nancy A. Rathje Living Trust Under Agreement Dated April 12, 2010, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto B. David Hulinsky and Gwen L. Hulinsky, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, conveys to Grantee the following described real property in Hall County, NE: Lot Twenty Three (23), Morningside Acres Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever.
