The Subdivider agrees to waive the right to object to the creation of any drainage <br />district benefitting the subdivision. <br />5. Sidewalks. The Subdivider shall install and maintain all public sidewalks <br />required by the City of Grand Island when the lots are built upon, and such sidewalk shall be <br />regulated and required with the building permit for each such lot. <br />The Subdivider must select curb or conventional sidewalk for each street unless the requirement has <br />been waived by Council. <br />6. Front Yard Setback. The Subdivider agrees that Lot One (1) shall front onto <br />Buffalo Grass Street. The front yard setback on Lot One (1) shall be maintained along Buffalo Grass <br />Street. The Subdivider agrees that Lots Two (2), Seven (7), and Nine (9) shall front onto Indian <br />Grass Road. The front yard setback on Lots Two (2), Seven (7), and Nine (9) shall be maintained <br />along Indian Grass Road The Subdivider agrees that Lot Six (6) shall front onto Sunflower Drive. <br />The front yard setback on Lot Six (6) shall be maintained along Sunflower Drive. The Subdivider <br />agrees that Lot Eight (8) shall front onto Coneflower Drive. The front yard setback on Lot Eight (8) <br />shall be maintained along Coneflower Drive. <br />7. Easements.
