QUITCLAIM DEED Know all men by these presents that Diane C. Bade, hereinafter called Grantor, in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby quitclaim unto Diane C. Bade, in trust, as Trustee of the Diane C. Bade Revocable Trust, hereinafter called Grantee, all right, title, interest, and estate in the following described real property and premises situated in County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to wit: The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4NE1 /4) of Section Twenty - five (25), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska Subject to Reservations, Restrictions and Easements of Records. To have and hold said described premises unto the Grantee and her heirs and assigns; so that neither Grantor, nor any person in her name or behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the said premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
