<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by BAASCH
<br />& SONS, INC., a Nebraska corporation, to AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law and member
<br />of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Trustee, for the benefit of ELDON R. KLUTHE and
<br />DORIS J. KLUTHE, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 3, 1994, and recorded
<br />January 10, 1994, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />No. 94- 100284, has been satisfied; and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents
<br />grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following- described
<br />premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Five (5), Baasch and Sons Subdivision, an addition to the Village of Cairo,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />The East Forty Feet (E40') of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Six (6) in the
<br />Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />All of Lots Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12)
<br />in Block Six (6) in the Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises. �y
