Schroll, <br />husband and wife, (the "Trustors ") under two Deeds of Trust recorded on June 7, 2006 and <br />October 16, 2008 in the records of the Register of Deeds in and for Hall County, Nebraska as <br />Instrument Nos. 200605100 and 0200808764, respectively. Said Deeds of Trust name Pathway <br />Bank, as Beneficiary and Trustee. Marvin L. Andersen has been appointed Successor Trustee by <br />virtue of an Appointment of Successor Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office in <br />and for Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said Deeds of Trust convey property ( "the Trust Property") legally described as Lot One <br />(1), Obermeier Subdivision, an Addition of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT a breach of the obligations for which the <br />Trust Property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of the breach being more <br />particularly described as failure to make payments as the payments became due on the <br />promissory notes secured by the Deeds of Trust. <br />The amount of the entire unpaid principal sum secured by the Deed of Trust is <br />$292,507.95. The amount of interest accrued thereon is $54,138.67 as of the date this Notice of <br />Default and Election to Sell was signed by the Successor Trustee. The dollar amount of the per <br />diem interest accruing from and after the date this Notice of Default and Election to Sell was <br />signed by the Successor Trustee is $52.42. The amount of the unpaid principal due that would be <br />due if no default had occurred is $90,472.09. <br />
