S <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />Pathway Bank <br />Trustee <br />B y; <br />enneth Wiemers <br />Chief Lending Officer <br />AFTER RECORDING RETURN TO: <br />Pathway Bank <br />3333 W State Street <br />Grand Island, NE 68803 <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Miguel R <br />Trejo and Shayla S Trejo, Husband and Wife, Trustor, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska <br />Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated February 17, 2017 in which <br />Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being <br />recorded March 2, 2017 as Instrument No. 201701345 of the Records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $120,000.00, has been paid or otherwise <br />satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered; <br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as <br />follow: <br />Lot Eight (8), Block Four (4), Normandy Estates, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 5th day of July, 2018. <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 5th day of July, <br />2018, by Kenneth Wiemers, Chief Loan Officer for Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking <br />Corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />
