Hooper, a single person and Michael <br />J. Bergholz, a single person, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other <br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto Bryan E. Hees and Stacey R.
