Faber and Kara A. Faber, husband <br />and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />David A. Eastman and Judy L.
