McDermott, <br />Trustee; Plate Enterprises, LLC, Beneficiary; and Rueben Orozco and Maria E. Orozco, Husband and <br />Wife, Trustor. <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 26, 2012, <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall and identified as Instrument No. <br />201205142, conveys to Trustee, John B. McDermott, successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Two (2) Block Eleven (11) Evans Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the <br />estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto said <br />Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the <br />above- described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or <br />appertaining. <br />, 2018, by John B.
