March 9, 2021 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under <br />/p the Deed(s) of Trust dated April 3, 2012, and April 26, 2017, and Assignment of Rents dated April <br />l 26, 2017, executed by Edmund R. Kershaw III, a /k/a Edmund R. Kershaw, and Michelle K. <br />�, Kershaw; Husband and Wife; as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and <br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, <br />r Nebraska, entered as Instrument No. 201202834, on the 11th of April, 2012, entered as Instrument <br />No. 201702696, on the 27th of April, 2017 and entered as Instrument No. 201702697, on the 27th of <br />April, 2017, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Five (5) in Sunset Sixth Subdivision, being a tract of land comprising, a part of Lot One (1) Sunset <br />Subdivision and part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 3rd day of July, 2018. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, <br />TRUSTEE <br />By: Ashley Belvill <br />Title: Mortgage Lo aih Officer <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 3rd day of July, <br />2018, by Ashley Belville, Mortgage Loan Officer of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, on <br />behalf of said corporation as Trustee. <br />
