PLEASE RETURN TO: <br />CATRINA DELOSH <br />PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br />PO BOX 1968 <br />GRAND ISLAND, NE 68802 <br />• THIS SPACE RESERVED FOR REGISTER OF DEEDS • <br />WITNESSETH: <br />, <br />c <br />r <br />C.0 <br />PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION AGREEMENT <br />This Public Sewer Connection Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "City" and A 0 M MACHINING, LLC, a <br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company; hereinafter referred to as "Owner ", <br />WHEREAS, the Owner desires to connect property to a public sanitary sewer main as follows: <br />The East Twenty (E20) feet of Lot Five (S) and all of Lot Six (6) ofStehr 's Subdivision located in a part ofthe <br />West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W' /2 SW %) of Section Eleven (11), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6" P.M, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, the parties <br />agree as follows: <br />1. The City hereby grants to the Owner a permit to connect the property at 2304 Seedling Mile <br />Access Road to the City's Sanitary Sewer at the existing service line(s), in accordance with <br />the requirements of the Director of Public Works. Such connection is to be inspected and <br />approved by the City Plumbing Inspector. <br />2. The private extension to the existing sanitary sewer main line shall be constructed and <br />maintained by the Owner and shall remain the property of the Owner, and in no event shall <br />the City be required to maintain the line.
