Wetzel, ''esident <br />Wetzel Brothers Investments, Inc., a Corporation organized and existing under the laws <br />of the State of Nebraska, GRANTOR, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable <br />consideration received from GRANTEE, Donald W. Mustion and Kandy L. Mustion, a <br />married couple, conveys to GRANTEE, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the <br />following described real estate (as described in Neb. Rev.
