Wescoat (known as `Borrower "). The Trustee is Cameron E. <br />Guenzel, Attorney at Law. The Beneficiary is The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan <br />Society — Wood River (known as "Lender "). Lender's address is 1401 East Street, Wood <br />River, Nebraska 68883. Borrower irrevocably conveys to Trustee, in Trust, with power of sale, <br />the following: <br />Legal: Lot Ten (10), Block Ten (10), Clarkson's First Addition, Alda, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />Commonly known as 102 W. Pine, Alda, Hall County Nebraska 68810 <br />together with all the rents and properties therefrom and subject to prior deeds of trust and <br />easements and restrictions of record, if any. <br />Borrower currently owes Lender Thirty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty -Three and <br />31/100 ($34,863.31) for skilled nursing care provided by Lender to David G. Wescoat, <br />evidenced by Borrower's account with Lender. <br />This Security Instrument secures to Lender the Debt evidenced by said account and all <br />subsequent increases of said account for David G. Wescoat's continuing care, together with the <br />payment of all other sums, with interest, advanced under the provisions hereafter to protect the <br />security and the performance of Borrower's covenants and agreements. <br />1. Borrower shall make payments as set forth in any subsequent Secured Promissory <br />Note entered into between Borrower and Lender related to the debt for care provided by Lender <br />to David G. Wescoat. <br />
