WHEREAS, in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. § 39 -1724, the resolution setting the date <br />for the public hearing regarding vacation of the above described portion of Platte Street <br />was published in the Grand Island Independent on May 11 th , 18 and 25 of 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, also in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. § 39 -1724, the resolution setting the <br />date for the public hearing regarding vacation of the above described portion of Platte <br />Street was also served by registered or certified mail upon the owners of land abutting on <br />or adjacent to the road to be vacated 2 weeks in advance of the public hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the public hearing regarding vacation of the above described <br />portion of Platte Street was also published in the Grand Island Independent on May <br />15 ,2018: and <br />WHEREAS, at 10:00 A.M. on May 29, 2018 the Hall County Board of Supervisors , <br />acting in accordance with Neb. Rev.
