J Cr) <br />Cr" cII <br />crr —C <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, Ariel Calvo Joya, a single person and Yusely <br />Valdes Lavanino and Gerardo Manolo Hernandez Deleon, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one <br />or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Cheryl Kanfield and <br />C ° William L. Kanfield, wife and husband and Shari B.
