<br /> by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee executed August 21, 2015. Said Deed of Trust conveys

<br /> LOT FIFTEEN (15), BUENAVISTA SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY
<br /> OF GRAND ISLAND,HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br /> Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the
<br /> installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor
<br /> Trustee, GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable
<br /> pursuant to Nebraska statute§ 76-1012.
