<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 06/04/2012 and recorded on 06/015/2012 recorded as Instrument 201204808; Trust Deed
<br />dated 08/08/2017 and recorded on 08/14/2017, recorded as Instrument 201705461; executed by Larry G,
<br />Buss and Donna J. Buss, f /k/a Donna J. Pritchard, Husband and Wife, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of
<br />Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed
<br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Larry G. Buss and Donna J. Buss, f/kla Donna J. Pritchard.
<br />Husband and Wife, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot 3, Block 11, Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on June 21 2018.
<br />On this 21st day of June. 2018, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said County
<br />personally came Nathan W. Perry, Market President — CEO of Pinnacle Bank, a Corporation, to me
<br />personally known to be the President and identical person whose name is affixed to the above release,
<br />and acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed as such officer, and the
<br />voluntary act and deed of said corporation.
