That the Affiant is now the sole trustee under the Billy D. Crapson and Alta 1. Crapson Trust Agreement dated August 10, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Trust "). 2. That on May 2, 2018, the Affiant became the sole trustee of the said Trust upon the death of Billy D. Crapson, who was one of the settlors and initial co- trustees of said Trust. A certified copy of the death certificate for Billy D. Crapson is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A ", and made a part hereof by this reference. 3. That the Affiant remains the sole trustee of the said Trust as of this date. 4. That among the assets of the said Trust is the following described real property: The South Half of the East Half of the East Half of theSouth Half (S%2E%2EY2SY2) of Block Eleven (11) (or what would be the South Half (Sl /2) of Lot Eight (8) if laid out in City Lots in Block Eleven (11), in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 5. That pursuant to the terms of the said Trust and §30 ofthe Nebraska Uniform Trust Act, the cotrustees of the said Trust have the power, without court authorization, to acquire or dispose of an asset, for cash or on credit, at public or private sale. 6. That neither the said Trust or the Agreement creating the said Trust, nor any part thereof, has been revoked or amended, and the above statements constitute a full disclosure of all provisions concerning those items.
