Fredrick,, Jo Lene M. Fredrick, Harold O. Kaiser and Helen S. Kaiser,. Defendants, the object and prayer of which are to foreclose a certain mortgage of $40,300.00 on the following described real estate,-to-wit: A.tratt of land located in the .Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section FIdurteen (14) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 14; thence N 0.56 e E along the West Line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 14, a distance of 409.00 feet; thence S 89. 11* 300 E a distance of 274.34 feet; thence due South a distance of 409.00 feet to the South line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 14; thence N 89• 12' W a distance 'of 281.00 feet to the point of beginning; said tract containing 2.61 acres more or less of which 0.21 acres more of less is occupied by State Highway Right -of -Way. given hy.the Defendants Ellard R. Fredrick and Jo Lene Fredrick, HuOand and Wife, on the 25th .day of September, 1980; that the Plaintiff is the present owner and holder of said mortgage, and that said mortgage was, duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds.of•Hall County, Nebraska on the 29th day of September., 1980, as Document No. 80- 005401 of the mortgage records of said County. Plaintiff claims that there is now due $39,328.80 on said mortgage and the note it .was given to secure, and it prays for the sale of the real estate above described, to satisfy the amount found due on his mortgage and interest and costs.
