6766560 Hall County, Nebraska — Partial Release [SIGNATURE APPEARS ON THE FOLLOWING PAGE] 201803950 PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE WHEREAS, Cooperative Producers, Inc., a cooperative corporation existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee ", by its (i) the Amended and Restated Real Estate Deed of Trust dated March 11, 2009 and recorded March 27, 2009 with the Recorder's Office in and for Hall County, Nebraska (the "Recorder's Office ") as Instrument No. 0200902250, (ii) the Second Amended and Restated Deed of Trust dated April 9, 2010 and recorded on October 26, 2010 with the Recorder's Office as Instrument No. 0201007917, and (iii) the Third Amended and Restated Deed of Trust dated March 30, 2011 and recorded on April 11, 2011 with the Recorder's Office as Instrument No. 201102758 (collectively, the "Deeds of Trust "), conveyed to CoBank, ACB, a federally chartered instrumentality of the United States, as Trustee, and CoBank, ACB, as Agent, as Beneficiary thereunder, certain property described in the Deeds of Trust, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered by the Trustee, but only as to the property described as follows, together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging thereto (the "Released Parcel "): Lots 4 and 5 in D R D Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named in the Deeds of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the Grantee hereunder and entitled thereto all the interest and estate in the Released Parcel derived to said Trustee by or through the Deeds of Trust, but only as to the Released Parcel. The Deeds of Trust shall remain in full force and effect with respect to all property covered by it which is not reconveyed by this Partial Deed of Reconveyance. This reconveyance is a partial reconveyance and does not reconvey any other mortgages or deeds of trust which may be applicable to the Released Parcel other than the Deeds of Trust specifically identified above and is not a release of any of the indebtedness under the loan documents executed in conjunction with the Deeds of Trust and does not release any collateral securing the indebtedness other than the lien of the Deeds of Trust as to the Released Parcel.
