6766560 <br />Hall County, Nebraska — Partial Release <br />[SIGNATURE APPEARS ON THE FOLLOWING PAGE] <br />201803950 <br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, Cooperative Producers, Inc., a cooperative corporation existing under the laws of the <br />State of Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee ", by its (i) the Amended and Restated Real <br />Estate Deed of Trust dated March 11, 2009 and recorded March 27, 2009 with the Recorder's Office in <br />and for Hall County, Nebraska (the "Recorder's Office ") as Instrument No. 0200902250, (ii) the Second <br />Amended and Restated Deed of Trust dated April 9, 2010 and recorded on October 26, 2010 with the <br />Recorder's Office as Instrument No. 0201007917, and (iii) the Third Amended and Restated Deed of <br />Trust dated March 30, 2011 and recorded on April 11, 2011 with the Recorder's Office as Instrument No. <br />201102758 (collectively, the "Deeds of Trust "), conveyed to CoBank, ACB, a federally chartered <br />instrumentality of the United States, as Trustee, and CoBank, ACB, as Agent, as Beneficiary thereunder, <br />certain property described in the Deeds of Trust, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this <br />Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered by the Trustee, but only as to the property <br />described as follows, together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging <br />thereto (the "Released Parcel "): <br />Lots 4 and 5 in D R D Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named in the Deeds of <br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the <br />Grantee hereunder and entitled thereto all the interest and estate in the Released Parcel derived to said <br />Trustee by or through the Deeds of Trust, but only as to the Released Parcel. <br />The Deeds of Trust shall remain in full force and effect with respect to all property covered by it <br />which is not reconveyed by this Partial Deed of Reconveyance. This reconveyance is a partial <br />reconveyance and does not reconvey any other mortgages or deeds of trust which may be applicable to <br />the Released Parcel other than the Deeds of Trust specifically identified above and is not a release of any <br />of the indebtedness under the loan documents executed in conjunction with the Deeds of Trust and does <br />not release any collateral securing the indebtedness other than the lien of the Deeds of Trust as to the <br />Released Parcel. <br />
