Q <br />14 <br />89- .102828 <br />7. That from the evidence it appears that every reasonable <br />effort to effect reconciliation has been made, without success, <br />and that the marriage of the Petitioner and Respondent is irre- <br />trievably broken and should be dissolved. <br />8. That the parties have entered into a Settlement Agree- <br />ment, which agreement is not unconscionable, and finds that said <br />agreement should be approved and the terms thereof incorporated <br />by reference into this decree. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court:. <br />a. That the marriage between the Petitioner and Respondent <br />should be, and the same hereby is, dissolved and that this <br />dissolution of marriage shall become final and operative, except <br />for the purpose of review by appeal, without any further action <br />of the Court nnj t.): ±�o date og death ai o, -,e of r e parties to <br />the dissolution or 2) six (6) months after the decree is ren- <br />dered, whichever occurs first. If the decree becomes final and <br />operative upon the date of death of one of the parties to the <br />dissolution,,'the decree shall be treated as if it became final <br />and operative the date -it was rendered. <br />b. That the-ter -ms and conditions of the Settlement Agree- <br />attached hereto. and marked as Exhibit 1 and entered into by <br />and between the parties hereto should be, and the same hereby <br />are, approvedl and incorporated into this decree and the parties <br />are ordered tp perform and abide by said terms and conditions. <br />c..
