<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated November 18th, 2016, executed by JON M MYERS and
<br />CHANDRA L MYERS, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No 201607781, in
<br />the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 21St day of November, 2016.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Condominium Unit No. 305 and Condominium Unit No, 506, The Yancey, A Condominium, The City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a Condominium in accordance with the Declaration recorded on October 17,
<br />1984 under Document No. 84- 005507 of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust recorded May 18th, 2016, recorded as
<br />201607781 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as
<br />to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 12th of June, 2018.
