Louise W. Bahr died on May 16, 2018; CJ1 Cr) (/J Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Seven (7), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of said NW1/4, said point being Fifty (50.0) feet east of the southwest corner of said NW1/4, said point also being on the easterly Highway right of way line; thence running easterly along and upon the south line of said NW/4 a distance of two thousand five hundred seventy -three and thirty-nine hundredths (2,573.39) feet to the southeast corner of said NW1/4; thence running northerly along upon the east line of said NWIA a distance of one thousand seventeen and thirty -four hundredths (1,017.34) feet; thence running westerly, parallel with the south line of said NW1/4 a distance of two thousand five hundred sixty -six and twenty -two hundredths (2,566.22) feet to a point on said easterly highway right of way line, said point being fifty (50.0) feet east of the west line of said NW1/4; thence running southerly along and upon said easterly highway right of way line a distance of one thousand seventeen and nineteen hundredths (1,017.19) feet to the point of beginning,\ WILLIAM V. WOLBACH, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states that: 1. Louise W. Bahr created the Louise W. Bahr Family Trust by Trust Agreement dated December 10, 2001, which was amended and completely restated on December 7, 2012 and further amended on July 21, 2016 (the "Trust ") wherein Louise W. Bahr designated herself as the initial Trustee of said Trust, and William V. Wolbach as the first successor Trustee and William Wolbach Bahr and Elizabeth Bahr Lombardi as the subsequent successor Co- Trustees. 2. From the date of the creation of the Trust until May 16, 2018, Louise W. Bahr served as Trustee of the Trust; 4. Upon the death of Louise W. Bahr and pursuant to ARTICLE 15, Paragraph 15.2 of the Trust, William V. Wolbach executed a Declaration of Death of Trustee and Acceptance of Successor Trustee under date of June / l ' , 2018, wherein he has accepted the Trusteeship of said Trust and agreed to administer said Trust in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement and the laws of the State of California and the laws of the State of Nebraska; 5. The Trust is irrevocable due to the death of the decedent, Louise W. Bahr and is in full force and effect; 6. Affiant William V. Wolbach is currently serving as Trustee of said Trust and the Trust Agreement grants Affiant as Trustee all powers under the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code; 7. The Internal Revenue Service has issued a taxpayer identification for the Trust;
