STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms <br />and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following <br />described improvement which will infringe upon public right -of -way dedicated to the Licensor: <br />Placement of thirty-seven (37) cigarette disposal containers within the public right -of -way at the <br />properties addressed as 123 West 3' Street, 116 West 3` Street, 120 East 3' Street, 115 E South <br />Front Street #1, 410 West 3 Street, 308 North Pine Street, 107 North Walnut Street, 224 West 3 <br />Street, 308 North Locust Street, 111 N Sycamore Street, 313 West 3` Street, 308 West 3` Street <br />#3, 316 North Pine Street, 311 North Walnut Street, 324 West 3` Street, 218 S Wheeler Avenue, <br />310 North Walnut Street, 103 West 3 Street, 115 West 3' Street, 111 West 1 Street, 111 East 4 <br />Street, 214 North Locust Street, 213 North Sycamore Street, 110 West 4 Street, 424 West 4 <br />Street, 102 West 4 Street, 317 West 4 Street, 624 West 4 Street, 418 West 4 Street, 386 North <br />Walnut Street, 210 West 4 Street, and 224 East 4 Street. A minimum of six (6) feet clearance <br />shall be maintained at all times to allow public use of the sidewalk. If at any time the City of <br />Grand Island deems such clearance isn't being maintained modifications shall be made to allow <br />for the minimum six (6) feet clearance at the sole expense of the Licensee. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the following described <br />real estate containing said public right -of -way to which this License Agreement shall apply: <br />THE NORTHERLY EIGHTY (80) FEET OF THE WESTERLY TWENTY TWO (22) FEET OF LOT <br />FOUR (4), IN BLOCK SIXTY SIX (66), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. - PARCEL NO. 400005670 <br />THE WESTERLY TWO THIRD (W2/3) OF LOT SIX (6), IN BLOCK FIFTY FIVE (55), OF THE <br />ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. - PARCEL <br />NO. 400004402 <br />THE EASTERLY ONE -THIRD (1/3) OF LOT SEVEN (7), LOT EIGHT (8), AND THE WESTERLY <br />ONE -THIRD (1/3) OF LOT ONE (1) ALL IN BLOCK FIFTY -FOUR (54) IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN, <br />
