<br />Grantee -:shall have- the right to excavate and refill di9R es and, trenches = �'
<br />necessary for such overhead and underground utilities and appurtenances; to
<br />remove, clear, and keep clear all gees which would come within eighteen (18.0)
<br />i feet of the nearest electric conductor; to remove, clear, and keep clear bushes,
<br />hedges, undergrowth, and /or any other obstructions interfering with the
<br />surveying, construction, inspection, maintenance, repair; replacement, relocation,
<br />extension, removal, and operation of such overhead and underground utilities and
<br />appurtenances. All refuse from cutting and trimming trees and bushes shall be
<br />removed by the Grantee.
<br />Grantor shall have the right to use the easement tract for purposes not
<br />inconsistent with Grantee's full enjoyment of the rights herein granted, provided,

<br />- other property of any kind whatsoever, to be erected, constructed, stored, or
<br />f accumulated in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, or through the
<br />easement tract herein granted.
<br />Grantee shall have the right at any time, to relocate, add, or upgrade
<br />overhead and underground electric lines, static /gr6und conductors, communication
<br />lines, cables, conduits, poles, towers, wires, fibers, anchors, foundations, footings,
<br />i. terminals, transformers, surface markers, and other appurtenances connected
<br />therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, or through the
<br />` easement herein granted.

<br />good right and lawful authority to
<br />make such
<br />conveyance,

<br />that
<br />Grantor on behalf of Grantor's heirs, executors; administrators, successors, and
<br />assigns, hereby covenants t,ha!t,the 'rights and privileges herein grantedshall
<br />run with the title 'to such tract of land, and be binding upon the Grantor, all
<br />heirs; executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
