<br />3. That the Affiants remain the sole cotrustees of the said Trust as of this date.
<br />4. That among the assets of the said Trust is the following described real property:
<br />An undivided one -half ( interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE /a) of
<br />Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11), North Range Twelve (12) West of the
<br />6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -half (%Z) interest in and to the Southwest Quarter (SWl) of
<br />Section Two (2) and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE /4SE
<br />of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of
<br />the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -half (% :) interest in and to the Southwest Quarter (SW%) of
<br />Section Twenty -four (24), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12)
<br />West of the 6tn P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; EXCEPT a tract of land
<br />comprising the westerly Four Hundred Eighty -five (485.0) feet of the southerly
<br />Six Hundred Eighty -seven (687.0) feet of the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SWl/4SW /4) of said Section 24 (said exception contains 7.649
<br />acres, more or less); and EXCEPT, a tract of land starting at a point on the
<br />Section Line on the South side of said Section 2035.6 feet East of the Southwest
<br />corner of said Section 24, thence East a distance of 200 feet on said south section
<br />Line, thence North to Left at an angle of 89 °30' a distance of 257 feet, thence to
<br />the West to the Left at an angle of 90 °30' a distance of 200 feet, thence South to
<br />the left at an angle of 89 °30' a distance of 257 feet to the point of beginning (said
<br />exception tract contains 1.18 acres, more or less); and
<br />An undivided one -half (%Z) interest in and to a tract of land in the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW%) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described as
<br />follows: Starting at a point on the Section Line on the South side of said Section
<br />2035.6 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section 24, thence East a
<br />distance of 200 feet on said south section Line, thence North to Left at an angle
<br />of 89 °30' a distance of 257 feet, thence to the West to the Left at an angle of
<br />90 °30' a distance of 200 feet, thence South to the left at an angle of 89 °30' a
<br />Michael W. Lowry and JoEllen Falch, being first duly sworn, depose and say:
<br />1. That the Affiants are the successor cotrustees under the terms and conditions of the
<br />Ivy B. Lowry Revocable Trust dated May 30, 2013, that following the death of Ivy B. Lowry became
<br />known as the Ivy B. Lowry Administration Trust (hereinafter referred to as the "said Trust ").
<br />2. That on April 30, 2018, the Affiants became the successor cotrustees ofthe said Trust
<br />following the death of Ivy B. Lowry on April 25, 2018, the settlor and initial trustee of said Trust,
<br />a certified copy of her death certificate is attached as Exhibit "A ", and upon signing an Acceptance
<br />to Act as Cotrustees under the Ivy B. Lowry Revocable Trust dated May 30, 2013, an original of
<br />which is attached as Exhibit "B ".
