<br />WHEREAS, FirstBank of Nebraska; formerly known as First National Bank Wahoo,
<br />A Nebraska Corporation by and through Steve Sallenbach, President, It's
<br />authorized officer, FirstBank of Nebraska, as trustee under the trust deed
<br />dated March 17, 2018, executed by Bradly Steven Palensky and Julie Ann
<br />Palensky; as husband and wife who, as trustor, in which FirstBank of Nebraska;
<br />is named beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded as
<br />Instrument #201801793 the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State
<br />of Nebraska has received from FirstBank of Nebraska; the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by
<br />such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for
<br />cancellation; NOW,THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions
<br />of such trust deed, the said corporation by and through its authorized officer,
<br />as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, Bradly Steven Palensky and Julie Ann Palensky; husband and
<br />wife, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit
<br />Lot Twenty -Six (26), Grand West Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska

<br />Island, Ne 68803
