McDermott, <br />Trustee; Plate Enterprises, LLC, Beneficiary; and Macario Aguilar Barrera and Maria F. Ortega <br />DeAguilar, Husband and Wife, Trustor. <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on March 5, 2013, <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall and identified as Instrument No. <br />201301753, conveys to Trustee, John B. McDermott, successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot One (1) Block Four (4) Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the <br />estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto said <br />Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the <br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or <br />appertaining. <br />McDermott, stee <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA, COUNTY OF HALL) ss: <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />` 0 ' <br />
