Wolf, Trustee; <br />Platte Valley Bank Beneficiary; and Mark Porto, spouse of Ambra Porto and Ambra <br />Porto, spouse of Mark Porto, Trustor. <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to <br />Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration did execute a Trust Deed, which <br />was filed on January 12, 2015, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for the <br />County of Hall, Nebraska and filed for record as Instrument # 201500249 conveyed to <br />Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as <br />follows; to wit: <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and <br />quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which <br />he had acquired in and through the above- described Deed of Trust, together with all <br />appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on May <br />, 2018 by John A.
