The trust deed is also <br />effective as a financing statement filed as a fixture filing under the Uniform Commercial Code. <br />It is understood and agreed between Trustor and Lender that this trust deed is given to secure the <br />repayment in full of the Obligations as set forth in this trust deed and any Loan Document.
