Stevenson, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of Family Settlement <br />Agreement, conveys to Jamie L. Stevenson, a married person, GRANTEE, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />Undivided one -half interest in a one -half interest in the North Half and the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 12 North, Range 12, West of <br />the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />Undivided one -half interest in a one -half interest in the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 2, Township 12 North, Range 12, West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record, and reserving and <br />excepting therefrom, however, unto John M. Stevenson, the full use, control, income <br />and possession of the property for and during his natural life. <br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that <br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances; <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on May 31, 2018, by <br />John M.
