Dudley, a single person and Robert R. <br />Dudley and Peggy L. Dudley, Husband and Wife herein called the grantor whether one or more, <br />in consideration of One Dollar and Other Valuable Considerations ($1.00) <br />received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm unto <br />Ryan D. O'Neill and Kellie R.
