<br />hereby certifies that the mortgage dated November 10, 1975 and
<br />executed by Kenneth E. Spitz and Anita Christine Spitz, husband
<br />and wife, as mortgagors, to Louis Spitz and Eleanor Spitz,
<br />husband and wife, as mortgagees, and recorded December 4, 1975,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall,
<br />State of Nebraska, as Book 172 of Mortgages at page 19, together
<br />with the debt secured by such mortgage, has been fully satisfied,
<br />released, and discharged, and that the property described as:

<br />Subdivision of part of the South Half (S;4) of Section Five (5),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6"' P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, being a rectangular piece of ground having a
<br />South Frontage of Ninety (90) feet, and an East Frontage of One
<br />Hundred Thirty -two (132) feet off of the East End of said lot.
