<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by NEAL E. FELDMAN and
<br />THERESA K. FELDMAN, Husband and Wife, as TRUSTOR, to MICHAEL E. SULLIVAN,
<br />as TRUSTEE, for the benefit of APFEL- BUTLER - GEDDES FUNERAL HOME, as
<br />BENEFICIARY, dated September 24, 1998, and filed of record with the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds on September 29, 1998, as Instrument No. 98- 109448, has been satisfied, and the
<br />BENEFICIARY has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />In consideration of such satisfaction, and in accordance with the request of the
<br />BENEFICIARY, the TRUSTEE reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right,
<br />title, interest and claim acquired by the TRUSTEE pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following:
<br />The Southerly 26.6 feet of Lot 8 and the Northerly 39.6 feet of Lot 9, in Block
<br />11, in West Park Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
