<br />JOHN H. BAASCH and ROCCENE BAASCH, husband and wife, each in his and
<br />her oi;, right and as spouse of the other, of Grand Island, Nebraska, herein called
<br />Grantors, inconsideration of Five Hundred Seventy -five Dollars ($575.00)
<br />. receipt of which is herek acknowledged, hereby grant and
<br />convey unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair,
<br />replace, and remove a storm drainage system, manholes, and other appurtenances, upon,
<br />under, in, and through a tract of land located in Lot One (1), Block One (1), Dawn
<br />Addition to the City of Grand' Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />The easterly eleven (11) feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Dawn Addition, said tract
<br />containing. 1,423.4 square feet, more or less, as shown on the plat marked
<br />Exhibit "A ", dated 1/11/89, attached hereto and incorporated herein by
<br />reference;,
<br />together with the fbilowing rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under and across
<br />such land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to' clear and keep clear
<br />of trees, roots, brush, and other obstructions from the surface of such tract; .except that
<br />Grantors shall be permitted to maintain a stock fence across the easement. it the fimce
<br />needs to be relocated or removed in the future for Grantee to repair, remove, or maintain
<br />its utilities, the costs for such relocation, removal, and replacement shall be borne by the
<br />Grantee. Any such utilities and appurtenances placed upon and under such tract of land
