<br />Corporation, (hereinafter called the "Assignor"), does hereby grant, convey, assign, transfer, and set over to

<br />to Columbus Federal Savings Bank and recorded as Instrument No. 92- 106691 on 7/31/92, in the office of
<br />the Recorder, County of Hall, State of Nebraska and covers the following described real property and all
<br />improvements.
<br />The Northerly One -Half (N Y2) of Lot One (1), Block Twenty (20) Fairview Park Addition to Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />Property Address: 1003 West 9th Street, Grand Island, NE 68801
<br />In Witness whereof, the undersigned corporation has caused this instrument to be executed this 11TH day of July,
