STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the <br />terms and conditions, under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following <br />described improvement which will infringe upon City property: <br />Installation, maintenance, and repair of one (1) culvert into the City's open ditch system on the <br />south end, and one (1) culvert with driveway on the west side (off of North Road) of the property <br />addressed as 3007 N North Road. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the following <br />described real estate adjacent to the Licensor's real estate to which this License Agreement shall apply: <br />A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION <br />1, TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 10 WEST OF THE 6 P.M., CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br />BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER, SAID <br />POINT BEING 441.0 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID <br />NORTHWEST QUARTER; THENCE N00 "W (ASSUMED BEARING) ALONG AND <br />UPON THE WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER, A DISTANCE OF 662.17 FEET <br />TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY NO. 2; <br />THENCE S73 "E ALONG AND UPON SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE A DISTANCE OF <br />1,221.87 FEET; THENCE S75 "E ALONG AND UPON SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE A <br />DISATNCE OF 577.86 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF L.J. & R.A.
