44.11 <br />REHABILITATION LOAN RIDER <br />4016 Scheel Dr, Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />[Property Address] <br />Lange <br />Loan #: 2201803070 <br />MIN: 100946222018030705 <br />Case #: 321 - 3624584 -702 <br />2018) <br />THIS REHABILITATION LOAN RIDER is made this 14th day of May, 2018, and is <br />incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or <br />Security Deed ( "Security Instrument ") of the same date given by the undersigned ( "Borrower ") to <br />secure Borrower's Note ( "Note ") to Midwest Family Lending Corporation ( "Lender ") <br />of the same date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument and located at: <br />ADDITIONAL COVENANTS. In addition to the covenants and agreements in the Security <br />Instrument, Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: <br />A. Loan proceeds are to be advanced for the premises in accordance with the Rehabilitation Loan <br />Agreement dated May 14 , 2018, between Borrower and Lender.
