STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms <br />and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following <br />described improvement which will infringe upon real estate owned by the Licensor: <br />.- To- access the City's public right -of -way for installation of fiber optic cable, per the attached <br />Exhibit "A "dad 3/13/2018, consisting of Sheets 1 -3. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee has requested such cable be <br />installed to service the described real estate subject to the Licensor's public right -of -way to which this <br />License Agreement shall apply: <br />A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE <br />NORTHEAST QUARTER (NW '/< NE '/) OF SECTION TWENTY FOUR (24), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN <br />(11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6 P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE <br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br />BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE '/), SAID <br />POINT BEING THIRTY -THREE (33.0) FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID <br />NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE '/); THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID <br />NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1 /), A DISTANCE OF SIX HUNDRED FORTY AND FOUR TENTHS <br />(640.4) FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST <br />QUARTER (NE 'A), A DISTANCE OF ONE THOUSAND THREE.
