A <br />L <br />89— 102719 <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Chapman Co- <br />operative Credit Union is Plaintiff, and Velaura Frauen, A Single <br />Person, Gary J.A. Frauen and Barbara J. Frauen, Husband and Wife, <br />et al. are the Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to <br />obtain from the Defendants, Velaura M. Frauen, Gary J.A. Frauen <br />and Barbara J. Frauen, an accounting of the amount due the <br />Plaintiff on a certain Mortgage executed by Velaura M. Frauen, <br />Gary J.A. Frauen and Barbara J. Frauen, to Chapman Co- Operative <br />Credit Union, dated June 12, 1987, and recorded in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on June 16, 1987, <br />as Document No. 87- 103575. Pursuant to the terms and conditions <br />of the mortgage, Velaura M. Frauen, Gary J.A. Frauen and Barbara <br />J. Frauen, conveyed to Plaintiff, the following described real <br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Plot Number Four (4), of the Grand Island Farmsteads <br />located in the East Half of the Northeast Quarter <br />(E1 /2=1 /4), of Section Thirty -four ( 34), in Township <br />Eleven (111 NaFrth, Range Nine (.g) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall Courtly, Nebraska <br />The object and prayer of the Petition is to obtain a foreclosure <br />.of the Mortgage and to have the same declared a. lien on the <br />interest of Velaura M. Frauen,' Gary J.A.
