<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, as Beneficiary
<br />under the Deed of Trust executed by Vicente T. Valadez, a Single Person, as Trustor to Heritage Bank,
<br />Aurora, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of June 13, 2005 and recorded June
<br />30, 2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 0200505933
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
<br />pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:

<br />Parcel 4: The Southerly One -Half (S1/2) of Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Block Twenty Nine (29), in
<br />Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County Nebraska.
<br />Parcel 5: The Southerly Seventy-Nine Feet and Four Inches (79'4 ") of Lot Six (6), in Block Thirty-One
<br />(31), Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Parcel 5: Lot Four (4), Block Ten (10), in John Voitle's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County Nebraska.
<br />The Beneficiary requests the Trustee to reconvey the real estate described above to the person
<br />or persons entitled thereto. �l
