<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Pam's
<br />Rentals, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Grantor, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated May 26, 2015 in which Pathway
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded May
<br />27, 2015 as Instrument No 201503461 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an
<br />original stated indebtedness of $310,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said
<br />beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />Parcel 1: Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block
<br />Sixteen (16) and Lot Five (5), Block Fifteen (15), all in Baker's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPTING a certain tract more particularly described in Return
<br />of Appraisers recorded in Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 200610814
<br />Parcel 2: Lot Three (3), Galvan Second Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
