Gudgel and Lila Kay Gudgel, <br />husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />`1 consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto Gayle D.
