Brown, a single person, Grantor, <br />whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Adam J. Richardson <br />and Hannah F.
