<br />HERITAGE BANK, TRUSTEE OF THE WILLIAM PACKER AND ROMA JEAN
<br />PACKER REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 23, 2017, AS AMENDED DECEMBER 18,
<br />2017 and as subsequently amended, GRANTOR, representing a Capital Contribution to JP
<br />TRAILER PARK, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company conveys to GRANTEE, the
<br />following- described real estate (as defined in NEB. REV. STAT. §76 -201) situated in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:

<br />Block Seven (7), Brett and Johnson's Addition to Wood River, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, excepting therefrom the East Thirty Feet (E30') of Lot One (1) and the
<br />East Thirty Feet (E30') of Lot Eighteen (18), in Block Seven (7), Brett and
<br />Johnson's Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />surveyed, platted and recorded;
<br />Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen
<br />(15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20) and
<br />the South 100 feet of Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block Two (2), Clarks
<br />Addition in the Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Northerly Twenty -Five (25) Feet of Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) and all of
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), excepting therefrom the Westerly Seven (7) Feet of
<br />said Lot Ten (10), all in Block Two (2), Clark's Addition in the Village of Wood
<br />River, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5), Block Three (3), Clarks
<br />Addition in the Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW %NW'/) of Section
<br />Fifteen (15), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a
<br />point where the present channel of the Wood River is intersected by the west
<br />boundary line of said Section Fifteen (15), Eleven Chains and Forty -Two Links
<br />(11.42 Ch.) South of the Northwest corner of said section; thence running North
<br />Eleven Chains and Forty -Two Links (11.42 Ch.) to said Northwest corner; thence
<br />East along and upon the North line of said section Eight Chains and Ten Links
<br />(8.10 Ch.); thence South One Chain and Eighty Links (1.80 Ch.); thence in a
<br />Westerly and Southwesterly direction along the bed of the main channel of the
<br />Wood River to the place of beginning.
