Reed - Carlstrom, a single person <br />and Dale E. Reed and Kimberly Reed, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Jesus A. Molina and Ana V.
