KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT, WHEREAS, Bonnie J. Metcalf, a single person, of the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, executed a Deed of Trust dated December 15, 2016, duly recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska on December 19, <br />2016, as Instrument Number 201608513 of the Mortgage Record, in said office, conveying to <br />certain real estate, in trust, to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein. <br />Said real estate is described as follows: <br />AND, WHEREAS, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said trust <br />have been fully satisfied; <br />NOW, THEREFORE in consideration of the premises, and the sum of ONE DOLLAR, <br />($1.00) to it in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and in <br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, CHARTER WEST BANK, does <br />hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the present owner or owners the said real estate <br />and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title <br />and interest which it has under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real <br />estate in said Deed of Trust particularly described, reference to which is hereby made for <br />greater certainty. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the privileges and <br />appurtenances thereto belonging forever.
