<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Danny D
<br />Lindell and Sharon K Lindell, husband and wife, Grantors, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated May 18, 2011 in which Pathway
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded May
<br />18, 2011 as Instrument No. 0201103749 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an
<br />original stated indebtedness of $125,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said
<br />beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
